Our History

The history of Khalil Bahman & Partners dates back to 1956, when Mr. Valerine D’sa joined Ahmad Bahman & Brothers to develop Khalil Bahman Trading Est. This enterprise played a significant role in trading activities across the Gulf region, engaging with manufacturers from the Far East, India, and Europe.

In the following decades, the business expanded to specialize in building materials, construction glass, and other sundry products. By 1983, Khalil Bahman & Partners was formally established with Mr. Khalil Bahman as President, Mr. Valerine D’sa as Vice President, and Mr. Karol Mathias as Executive Vice President.

Initially, the company focused on steel structural fabrication, machining, and hot dip galvanization. Over time, it evolved into a manufacturer of pressure vessels, heavy structures, tanks, and other related products, acquiring all necessary ASME and ISO certifications.

The company’s core values have always been quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, attributed to the hard work, dedication, and loyalty of its team.

Today, Khalil Bahman & Partners is known for its comprehensive fabrication services, serving various Kuwaiti ministries and major companies like KOC, KNPC, and international engineering firms.
